Today I met an Eurovison Song Contest fan after a quiz in my local. Discussion was what were the best (two) ESC winner songs ever. What an intriguing guestion. ESC has been around Europe since 1956 and you could imagine there has been made songs which are true lassics today. Or are there? Yes, Ì surely believe there are.

My friend announced two favourite songs to the top: Nicky Leandros' Apres Tòis and Johnny Logan's Hold Me Now. Both are the songs which have made an impact to me but I would select other ones

- Brotherhood of Man: Kisses for me. This is one of the first winners of ESC after Abba I remember and it makes me happy every time. Who wouldn't be like kissed! And this song has a happy attaching tune.
- Dansevise: Grethe & Jørgen Ingmann. Because of the personal Danish Connection
