Dear Mr. Zuckerberg, How would you feel if your brother dies and Facebook still sends reminders of his birthday? Or you would see his unknowing social media pals congratulating him a year after his dead? Isn't that slightly macabre thought? It is. And this is exactly what is happening to me. A year ago I contacted to Facebook' support services and wished that my late brother's account would be changed to a memorial account. My brother passed 364 days ago, just four days after his dead. I can assure you it was not an easy bite to get a birthday reminder four days after his death. And the same thing will happen now on Sunday. During the past 364 days I have send dozens of support request for your "inform in the late Facebook user" form and I have not received any reply from you. Automatic pop up window promises me that you'll customer service will contact me soon by email. But how soon is your soon? Is a year soon? Not for someone who has desperately and r...

Last weekend I was searching some statistical data for my lecture on social media. I popped in to many so interesting sites and news stories about the internet that I got an inspiration to create my second Infograph ever. The major sources I used were AllTwitter, AllFacebook, Wikipedia, Techcrunch & The Huffington Post which I judge to be relatively trustworthy sources in the subject matter. The figures mirror the status in the internet in December 2012. This is what happens in internet. In every minute.
