Evernote is a digital storage for your memories - photos, receipts, notes, documents - storaged in to the cloud, accessible from any device. Wonderful service answering to real user need.

Major changes Evernote is doing:
- Less legal jargon making small print readable and understandable for the users
- Establishing Evernote GmbH in Switzerland. For "users in the European Economic Area, this means that Evernote GmbH is the data controller for data protection purposes.
- Arbitration of the disputes on individual basis between the user and the company by mutually accepted arbitration administrator. This protects the company against expensive class actions and protecting single users for filing expensive lawsuits. Company even will pay arbitration costs for the minor disputes.
